Terms of Use

Ringkasan: EjenHub ialah perisian CRM untuk ejen insurans & takaful. Anda pemilik data klien anda. Langganan RM29/bulan atau RM290/tahun selepas percubaan 14 hari, boleh batal bila-bila masa.

1. The service

EjenHub is software that helps insurance and takaful agents keep records of their own leads, clients, policies, claims and follow-ups. We provide software only. We are not an insurer, takaful operator, agency or financial adviser, we do not sell or recommend any product, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by any insurance company.

2. Your account

• Give accurate details and keep your password private. One account is for one person.
• You must be allowed to keep the records you put into EjenHub, including under your agency contract and your insurer's rules on customer data. Check with your agency if you are unsure.

3. Your data and your clients' data

• You own your data and can export it at any time from Settings.
• For your clients' personal data you are the data user (controller) and EjenHub is your data processor. Our Data Processing Agreement at /dpa forms part of these terms.
• Before adding a person, you must give them a privacy notice that covers your use of a digital record-keeping tool, and you must have a lawful basis to keep their details.
• Do not store health or medical details, full identity card numbers, bank card numbers or passwords in EjenHub. The app is not designed for sensitive personal data.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use EjenHub for unlawful purposes or spam, upload content you have no right to hold, try to access other accounts' data, or disrupt the service.

5. Subscription

• 14-day free trial, no card needed. After that EjenHub Pro costs RM29 per month or RM290 per year (Malaysian ringgit).
• Subscriptions renew automatically and are charged through Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Cancel anytime from Settings → Manage subscription; access continues until the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are not refundable except where the law requires it.
• If your trial or subscription ends, your account becomes read-only: you can still view, export and delete your data.
• We will give at least 30 days' notice before a price change applies to your next renewal.

6. Availability and liability

The service is provided "as is". We take reasonable care to keep it available and secure but cannot promise it will be error-free. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost commission.

7. Ending

You can delete your account anytime in Settings; this deletes your data as described in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
