Referral Programme Terms

1. How it works

• Any EjenHub user with a confirmed email can join and gets a personal referral link and code.
• An agent is referred to you if they sign up with your code, or within 30 days of clicking your link (the last link clicked counts).
• The referred agent gets a 30-day free trial instead of 14 days.

2. Commission

• You earn 20% of every subscription payment the referred agent makes during their first 12 months on EjenHub, excluding refunded or disputed amounts.
• Commission becomes payable 30 days after each payment. If a payment is refunded or disputed, the matching commission is removed, including from your balance.
• Trials, test payments and accounts you own or pay for yourself do not earn commission.

3. Payouts

• We pay monthly by bank transfer or DuitNow once your payable balance is at least RM50. Smaller balances roll over.
• Keep your payout details correct. When you change them, payouts pause for 7 days for security.
• You are responsible for any tax on your earnings.

4. Not allowed

• Referring yourself, or using fake or duplicate accounts.
• Spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or misleading claims about EjenHub, its prices or features.
• Claiming EjenHub is endorsed by or connected to any insurance or takaful company.
• Bidding on the EjenHub name in search ads, or pretending to be EjenHub.

5. Ending

• We may suspend a referral account and cancel unpaid commission for breaking these terms or for fraud.
• You may leave at any time. Unpaid commission below RM50 is forfeited when you delete your EjenHub account.
• We may change the commission rate for future payments with 30 days' notice in the app.

6. Privacy

You only see a masked name and payment status for agents you refer, never their clients or records.
